Who We Are
VanRooyen Earthmoving Ltd. is a grading contractor that has been in existence since November of 1976. We are a second generation, family owned and operated business based out of Woodstock, Ontario. As of 2020, we employ approximately 100 people.
Our team consists of highly qualified operators, project managers, site supervisors, estimators, mechanics, accounting, administrative and safety staff. As owners, we truly believe that a company is only as strong as the people within it. We are proud of the team we get to work with each and every day.
What We Do
VanRooyen Earthmoving works mainly in and around Southwestern Ontario. Our work consists of earth grading contracts for residential and industrial subdivisions, landfill and road building projects. The volume of earth material moved on these projects ranges from 10,000 to 1,000,000 cubic meters. Over the past few years, we have proven capable of moving more than 4 million cubic meters of earth annually.

Our modern, well maintained fleet consists of over 80 pieces of equipment. This makes us efficient and reliable.
Another tool that creates efficiency and reliability is GPS Grading Systems. We have been using GPS since 2007. All of our bulldozers and all of our excavators are equipped with GPS. New technologies are always coming out and we aim to stay on top of modern technology.
